Senior Tools Engineer

Eleventh Hour Games

Role Description As a Senior Tools Engineer at Eleventh Hour Games, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the internal tools and workflows that empower our teams to create and iterate on content efficiently in the Last Epoch universe. You will focus on improving developer velocity, reducing friction in day-to-day production, and creating reliable, scalable pipelines that support both current development and long-term live operations. You will work closely with Designers, Artists, Engineers, Production, and QA to translate real team needs into practical tooling solutions, ranging from content creation utilities and validation systems to workflow automation and pipeline improvements. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, product-minded, and able to balance usability with technical robustness. Responsibilities - Partner with design, art, production, and engineering to gather requirements and translate them into effective tools - Develop data pipelines, editors, automation, and validation systems to improve reliability and consistency of content - Create and maintain clear documentation and best practices for tool usage and workflow standards - Identify pipeline bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions that improve productivity and quality - Ensure tooling is performant, maintainable, and resilient as project scope and team size grow - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and long-term tooling strategy planning - Support live development by improving and maintaining tools that enable new content, updates, and operational needs Qualifications - 5+ years of professional game development experience as a Tools Engineer, Engine Programmer, or similar role - Strong experience building developer tools, pipelines, or editors used by designers and/or artists in production - Solid understanding of software architecture, maintainable systems design, and data-driven workflows - Strong debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving developer experience - Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build tools that are intuitive and actually used - Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team - Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed studio - Strong communication skills, including the ability to gather requirements and iterate with stakeholders Preferences - Experience supporting systems-heavy games (ARPGs/RPGs) or live-service content pipelines - Experience building content validation, diagnostics, or automation frameworks - Familiarity with modern real-time engines and content authoring pipelines - Experience improving build/iteration workflows and developer efficiency at scale Reasonable Accommodation KRAFTON Americas is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. Community Health Care Workers (CHW) serve the community as a bridge between the member (community) and the healthcare system (providers) through outreach and education. By providing these services, CHW’s help Aetna members attain and maintain better health outcomes, improve relationships with healthcare providers and help both parties to become more acculturated with each other. This position will work under the direction of a designated professional. This position requires in-state travel 60-75% of the time. Fundamental Components: - Conduct home visits with Aetna members with chronic conditions to reinforce following the care plan, adjusting tasks to fit with the member’s culture, language, and religion, improve access to care, identify health care needs, and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations. Educate healthcare professionals and providers on opportunities for improving and understanding the social determinants of health that may be impacting member’s health and treatment plan through various communication channels. - Build and maintain positive working relationships with the Aetna members, providers, nurse case managers, agency representatives, supervisors and office staff, from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. - Work to reduce cultural and socio-economic barriers between clients and institutions. Assist with care plan implementation and Aetna member education during in-home visits, help develop care management strategies, and work with team members to provide linkages for the various health and social needs of members. - Assist members to identify socio- economic issues that affect their overall health and develop health/social management plans and goals. - Identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen systems of care within the member’s community and assists members in utilizing community services, including scheduling appointments with social services agencies, (including transportation vendors), and assisting with completion of applications for eligible programs. - Assist with patient medication adherence by: instructing the member on current medication list, reviewing medications with member and assist in obtaining refills. - Teach disease self-management (i.e., nutrition, symptom tracking and reporting). - Accompany members to appointments as needed. - Enter and maintain member records in electronic health record system, compile reports and complete other program documentation in a timely manner (e.g., progress notes, letters), and other administrative responsibilities as needed. - Travel extensively to client homes, community locations, various agencies, and other outreach destinations Required Qualifications - Must reside in LA and within the assigned region: Region 8 or Region 2 (Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, East Baton Rouge, West Baton Rouge, Ascension, West Feliciana, East Feliciana, or West Carroll) - If not CHW certified at time of hire, must successfully complete a Certified Community Health Worker /Promotora certification program as recognized by the State of Louisiana within 12 months of start date. - Ability to travel 60-75% of the time.
