• Execute Windows Server upgrades (in-place and migration-based) following approved implementation and rollback plans • Perform Windows OS security patching aligned to maintenance schedules and vulnerability remediation targets • Support NERC CIP compliance by following required procedures and preserving audit evidence • Coordinate planned outages with operations, cybersecurity, application, and infrastructure teams • Create and execute change requests in accordance with formal change management processes • Perform post-maintenance validation (system health, services, logs, application availability) • Produce detailed documentation for all activities to ensure audit readiness and traceability • Track, escalate, and support resolution of issues encountered during upgrade and patch cycles

• Review security-related events via cases and assess their risk and validity based on available telemetry from network, endpoint, and global threat intelligence information to provide customers with concise, detailed, and well-written incident reports, root causes identification, and remediation recommendations • Provide customers with understandable context around their security environment and threats • Interface with customers to address their issues, concerns, and questions, and drive to satisfactory closure any issues that impact the service and its value • Work with customer and internal Sophos incident response teams to resolve ongoing intrusions, malware outbreaks, and other security incidents • Use the Sophos platform to proactivity hunt for and investigate activity within the customer environment

What You'll Be Doing: - Responsible for synchronizing operations for the Integration Team, while acting as a liaison to various commands to ensure CPE-IWS lines of effort are met - Represent and advocate CPE-IWS Integration Directorate leadership priorities during strategic key leader engagements and planning events at all levels - Plan, coordinate, assist, and report effects of tactical Soldier Touch Points with operational experimentations/exercises to the PMs. - Liaise between the PMs and tactical units to synchronize CPE-IWS elements with tactical unit training events involving intelligence systems and sensors. - Maintained the long- and short-range calendars, coordinated team TDY agendas including meeting times and locations, coordinated complex itineraries for several PMs and the CPE-IWS for key leader engagements.
