Required Qualifications: - Active Property & Casualty Adjuster license - WTR required IICRC certification (ASD strongly preferred) - At least 2 years of hands-on experience with water mitigation, emergency services, complex mitigation billing or field adjusting experience - Proven success negotiating escalated or disputed mitigation invoices, including non-preferred vendors - Advanced understanding of IICRC standards, drying science, and mitigation best practices - Strong written and verbal communication skills—comfortable in assertive, resolution-driven conversations - Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail - Advanced proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, CoreLogic, or similar estimating platforms #LI-Remote Pay Range: $23.66 - $39.06 Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
