Denny Heating & Cooling is looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to help support our technicians and ensure installations are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report to the Client Support Manager and can be fully remote or based out of our Jupiter, FL office. What You’ll Do - Have phone conversations with prospective and current customers to answer questions, set appointments, and schedule service visits - Support technicians by ensuring jobs are properly scheduled and customer information is accurate - Deliver a high level of customer service while representing the Stephen K.
