Remote Customer Service Representative

Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated EV Concierge to support current and prospective electric vehicle (EV) owners. In this customer-facing role, you will provide exceptional service through expert product knowledge, thoughtful problem-solving, and relationship building. Your goal is to create an outstanding ownership experience while fostering loyalty between customers and the EV brand. Associates in this role will answer product questions, assist with ordering and reservations, coordinate dealership appointments, discuss charging solutions, and help resolve customer concerns with empathy and ownership. This role requires a strong customer-first mindset, the ability to communicate complex information clearly, and a passion for the growing EV space. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a product expert for current and future EV models and related services. - Support customers via phone (80%), chat, and email (20%). - Assist with inquiries related to: - Product features & specifications - Orders, reservations, and dealership appointments - Vehicle service and recall questions - Home charging options and EV ownership - Take full ownership of customer interactions, ensuring complete and accurate resolutions. - Provide a personalized experience by tailoring communication to each customer’s background and needs. - Use internal systems (including CRM tools such as Salesforce) to document interactions and manage cases. - Leverage learnings from previous calls to improve future customer outcomes. - Continuously identify opportunities to improve the EV buying and ownership experience.
