Position Summary & Key Responsibilities As an Instructional Systems Design Analyst, you'll serve FEMA training revisions or new training development. To be successful in this role, you'll need to excel in four key areas: - Project Work: Manage training development projects; produce high-quality deliverables based on contractual requirements, while working within a healthy timeline, budget, and team environment - Client Relationship Management: Communicate effectively with clients and provide reliable service to build trusting relationships and align solutions with their needs - Subject-Matter Expertise: Apply both training and project management skills to facilitate training development across multiple cadres of SMEs on a variety of topics - Leadership and Culture: Manage multiple project team members by aligning expectations, building processes, and ensuring 360-degree feedback that is timely, candid, and supportive Every CONSTANT team member is expected to proactively contribute to our positive and collaborative culture by upholding our core values of integrity, service, quality, team, and gratitude.
