Role Description As an Associate II, QA/QC, you will ensure all deliverables meet Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) standards, Section 508 accessibility requirements, and internal CONSTANT quality expectations. You will serve as a quality lead, collaborating closely with ISD teams to strengthen processes, reduce rework, and enhance client satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you'll excel in four key areas: - Project Work - Conduct QA reviews for all deliverables to ensure compliance with client standards and Section 508 accessibility requirements. - Identify common issues and thoughtfully communicate them to the project team to improve future deliverables. - Collaborate with project team members to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. - Complete review of deliverables with the goal of no quality-related revision requests from the client. - Demonstrate fluency in leveraging approved technologies to support the QA/QC process. - Manage and support multi‑workstream projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations, timelines, and budgets. - Client Relationship Management - Communicate proactively and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and maintain trust. - Support a high standard of client satisfaction by ensuring timely, high-quality, and error-free work. - Anticipate client needs and help shape project approaches that support long-term client success. - Subject-Matter Expertise - Develop and apply expertise in QA/QC methodologies, training development standards, and accessibility requirements. - Contribute to the development of improved QA resources, templates, and best practices. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to improve quality performance. - Leadership & Culture - Set clear expectations, model professionalism, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture. - Provide candid, timely, and supportive feedback. - Practice emotional intelligence: listening to understand, adapting communication styles, and demonstrating respect for differing perspectives.
