We are looking for Psychology professionals to join our faculty team. No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support. As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support students. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Psychology or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution. Requirements - 3-5 years industry experience required. - 10-15 years career industry experience preferred. - Industry experience must be within the last 5 years. - 2 years online teaching/curriculum experience, and strong online webinar presentation skills a plus. - Canvas LMS experience preferred. - Strong active-learning skills for effective instruction. - Experience in a student-centric and hands-on learning environment. - The highest levels of integrity at all times. - Able to work in a 5-week course accelerated environment. - Approachable and builds rapport quickly. - Attentive listener, and able to see multiple perspectives. - First point of contact to troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students. - Exemplary interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills. Online Faculty Technical Requirements - Reliable high-speed internet required. - Responsible for supplying your own windows-based computer and webcam that pass the ECPI University minimum requirements test. • Perform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practices • Providing counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalities • Display competency as an individual, family, and group therapist • Maintain own professional development as required by licensing board • Complete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner • Works closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatment • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures • Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment • Respond quickly to an urgent or emergent need • Maintain a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily

• Ideate and pitch multiple story ideas per week • Write and fact-check 3-5 articles per week, ranging from trending news stories to SEO-driven features • Source leads for additional content creation • Refresh archival SEO content, following best practices for optimization and editorial standards • Help create and build additional content, as needed • Attend Dorm Therapy team meetings • Help monitor and report on analytics

• Conduct individual, couples, or group therapy sessions (depending on your specialty). • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans. • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries). • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
