Outpatient Therapist, LICSW / LPCC
Iris Telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarily ages 15+) • Treat a range of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, addiction/SUD, trauma, social skill deficits, abuse, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder • Collaborate closely with psychiatry, case management, peer support, crisis services, and other wraparound resources
Job Requirements
- Active LICSW or LPCC license in Minnesota (required)
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently licensed Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST hours
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience with SmartCare a plus!)
