Role Description Certified Support Staff focuses on promoting student success by responding to identified needs through implementation of comprehensive programs and services that help guide all learners in their academic success, personal and social development, and career and college planning and readiness. The Middle School Coach supports student retention by providing non-instructional intervention and support to students in grades K-5. About the role Flexible Relocation Coaches work with PerchPeek to support current markets with surges in business volume, provide flexibility for Relocation Coach capacity, and improve coverage to support relocators across multiple markets and timezones. Flexible Coaches work within a network of third-party consultants and with PerchPeek’s Network Manager to deliver quality customer experience in line with customer requirements and PerchPeek’s SLAs for quality and productivity.
