Email Lifecycle Manager – Temporary, with Potential Conversion to Long-Term Role
Plume
• Develop and execute Plume’s lifecycle marketing strategy through email campaigns. • Build and maintain automated journeys that nurture leads, onboard new members, and re-engage lapsed audiences. • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to craft high-performing copy and visuals that align with Plume’s voice and values. • Use data and segmentation to deliver targeted messaging that improves conversion and drives membership growth. • Design and manage A/B tests to continually optimize engagement and performance. • Oversee campaign calendars to ensure timely execution and alignment with broader marketing initiatives. • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights and reports. • Maintain email deliverability and compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, etc.). • Stay current with lifecycle and email marketing trends to keep Plume’s strategy fresh and competitive. • Manage our CRM platform and maintain good list hygiene. • Design emails that adhere to modern email marketing best practices (mobile-first, accessibility, etc.).
Job Requirements
- A strong understanding and appreciation for the trans experience and a desire to increase access to gender-affirming care.
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle management, email marketing, and CRM management with a proven record of success.
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing email marketing strategies.
- Deep proficiency in modern ESPs, such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools, particularly with email automation and CRM management.
- Experience with WYSIWYG (drag-and-drop) email design tools, such as BeeFree, Stripo, or similar tools.
- Experience with analysing email marketing performance and making data-driven optimizations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and product teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
