Role Description Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the 2025–2026 school year. From our leadership team to the clinicians, we work together to support each other, make an impact, and create a work environment that fosters collaboration and success. - Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district. - Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' speech and language goals, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals as needed. - Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders, focusing on improving speech articulation, language comprehension, social communication skills, and fluency. - Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to goal development and support students' academic success. - Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom and school environment. - Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and communication with parents and team members in compliance with regulatory standards. - Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for facilitating communication development and supporting students with speech and language disorders. - Stay informed about best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology through professional development activities and continuing education opportunities. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. - Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying. - Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for CCC (if applicable). - Experience working with pediatric populations preferred. - Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapy support. - Someone who values collaboration and student-centered services. Qualifications - Psychothérapeute pleinement autorisé par l’Ordre des psychologues du Québec. - Expérience en conceptualisation de cas et en traitement d’une gamme de symptômes de santé mentale auprès d’une variété de clients adultes. - Avoir des connaissances cliniques dans les domaines du deuil/de la perte, de la dépression, de l’anxiété, des traumatismes et des problèmes d’adaptation. - Une connaissance en gestion psychologique de la douleur chronique et du syndrome de commotion cérébrale est un atout. - Formation et expérience en approches de thérapie cognitivo-comportementale (p. ex. TCC, TCD et TTC). - Expérience de travail au sein d’une équipe multi/interdisciplinaire. - Expérience en préparation de rapports d’évaluation, de progrès et de congé. - Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles, jugement solide et intégrité. • Completes Bio-Psychosocial Assessment, CANS/ANSA, treatment plans • Complete clinical documentation (Assessments, Treatment Plans, Authorizations, CANS/ANSA) in a timely manner and updated as required. • Design of the treatment protocols employed within the agency • Provide reassessments when needed

• Understand your users deeply: Talk to patients (including unhappy ones) and therapists to uncover blockers, pain points, and opportunities to improve the experience. • Drive product and operational decisions: Use Pareto/MVP thinking to prioritize what to build, test, or skip, turning messy inputs into clear actions. • Launch and scale the market: Onboard and manage the first cohort of therapists, setting up processes to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care. • Design and scale GTM processes, creating repeatable playbooks, and growing operations from a handful of users or hires to hundreds. • Adapt and improve continuously: Use feedback from users and local teams to optimize operations, product features, and the patient-therapist matching system. • Thrive in ambiguity: Navigate challenges, course-correct when needed, and learn fast in a dynamic early-stage environment. • Make Terapia operational and ready to scale: Establish processes, systems, and workflows—including hiring the first customer success team. • Build your first cohort of therapists: Recruit at least 10 therapists who are ready and available to see patients. • Gain deep user insights: Interview 20 patients to identify the most pressing problems worth solving. • Optimize patient-therapist matching: Refine the survey and matching system to ensure patients are paired with the most relevant therapists. • Close the feedback loop: Gather and share insights with local Docplanner teams to improve both operations and the product.
