FXI
Role Description The Field Sales Representative (FSR) plays a critical role in driving growth and strengthening FXI’s presence within our Specialty Retail channel. This field-based position supports an assigned territory of established accounts and serves as a key point of contact for store teams, retail leadership, and internal FXI partners. The FSR is responsible for: - Relationship management - Sales enablement - New store launches - Floor analysis - Ensuring flawless retail execution Working closely with the Director of Sales, this role will help analyze product performance, assess competitive positioning, and surface opportunities to expand market share. The ideal candidate brings a blend of retail or brand experience—preferably in the bedding category—along with strong communication skills, comfort with data, and a passion for helping retailers win. Qualifications - Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Experience in specialty furniture, bedding, or comparable retail/brand environment strongly preferred. - Prior sales, customer success, or account support experience with demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging large groups during on-site training. - Self-starter with a high level of initiative, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to interpret sales data, identify patterns, and translate insights into action. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfort learning new systems and tools. - Flexible schedule required, including occasional weekends or holiday periods based on retail needs. - Ability to travel up to 75%, including periodic overnight travel.
