You seek feedback from others and manage stakeholders at all levels to get to the best outcome quickly. You’re able to weigh and communicate trade-offs and identify risks, without getting stuck in analysis paralysis. - Integration experience: Experience with product integrations, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy. - Design mindset: Strong eye for user experience and design craft - you think about user flows, journeys, and what makes features feel great, not just functional. - Collaboration products: Deep understanding of team workflows and what drives adoption of collaboration tools in business settings. - Remarkable quality: You produce work that is striking, worthy of attention, and a contribution to the state of the art. - Start-to-finish ownership: Acts with 100% responsibility for your own outcomes as well as the consequences of the company. - Bias to action: Speed matters. Takes rapid and decisive steps forward, even in the face of uncertainty, recognizing that action is the catalyst for progress and growth. - Customer Zeal: You put the customer first and bring them into every decision you make. You represent the voice of the customer with your team, encouraging a deeper understanding and empathy. - Cross-functional leadership: You work effortlessly across disciplines, communicating effectively and driving teams toward shared goals. You’re effective across various mediums (especially Slack, Notion, and email) and can produce and consume detailed written materials as needed without sacrificing speed. You respond quickly and thoughtfully to help others and expedite the process. You can engage constructively in debate and discussion with your colleagues and peers. - Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments. - Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco hub or from a home office anywhere in North America or South America.
