Job Description
Director of Performance Marketing
AirSculpt
• Develop media strategy and plans (including audience targeting and segmentation, messaging, flighting, budgeting, etc.) based on business needs and objectives • Oversee the media agency on the daily execution and analysis of digital campaigns specifically within Google Ad Words and Facebook Ads Manager including monitoring and managing daily and weekly media budget allocation against key KPIs like leads, consults, cases and overall ROAS • Ensure the accuracy of media performance dashboards which provide executive level summaries on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis providing an intelligent clear synthesis of insights and appropriate action plans based on conclusions • Develop measurement plans to ensure all key metrics are appropriately & accurately collected; and develop and execute test & learn roadmap to maximize performance • Collaborate with content team on creative opportunities based on insights from ad testing • Manage AirSculpt’s media spend budget, monitoring forecast and collaborating with the Finance team on media investment reporting. • Explore and test into upper funnel channel and tactics like OTT/CTV • Oversee SEO manager and agency with the goal of driving increased site traffic through SEO related initiatives • Stay updated on emerging trends in the paid digital media place • Other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Digital Media; leading digital and demand generation campaigns, SEO/SEM as well as experience in using digital media including Connected TV.
- Ideal background is in the health and wellness vertical and comfortable/experienced with working in an entrepreneurial paced environment. Would be beneficial to have experience focused on B2C, working with a product/service with little brand awareness but deep category awareness/consumer intent and consideration
- Ability to think strategically as well as be informed with deep data insights to identify target audiences and devise communications that inform and motivate leads to convert based on the AirSculpt brand positioning and value proposition
- Ability to scale/flex quickly from being a strategic thinker to a hands on manager and executor
- Strong project management skills
- Comfortable leading and managing agencies, partners and people
- Proven ability to identify insights, synthesize and data, build a presentation for cross-functional and executive level audiences.
- Excellent, proactive communicator; strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, self-starter
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Executes with a test-and-learn mindset, demonstrating ability to assess new opportunities (audiences, creative) and make data-driven decisions to drive measurable performance improvements across all managed channels
- Deep hands on Experience with Google and Meta Ad platforms, Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ie. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets, Looker Studio.
