Role Description Join our team as a Scheduler Pre-Registrar. In the role of Pre-Registrar Scheduler, you will be responsible for: - Receiving phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. - Completing pre-registration of scheduled patients. - Ensuring a valid provider order is obtained. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm Remote. Must live in Colorado. Qualifications - 1 year previous Radiology or Patient Access experience preferred. - Office experience in a healthcare environment. - Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD-10 codes preferred. - Knowledge of insurance payors including commercial, government, and third party. - Ability to work remotely with little to no supervision. - Ability to multitask. - High School Diploma or GED required. Requirements - Sedentary work - Prolonged period of sitting. - Exert up to 10lbs force occasionally.

ABOUT THE POSITION The Development department is charged with funding the Innocence Project’s work by cultivating donors and prospects, soliciting donations, and stewarding those donors across the department’s various revenue lines which include individuals, foundations, and corporate entities. The Development Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Development department, assisting with donor communications, scheduling, gift processing, and departmental coordination. This role serves as a key front-line contact, ensuring timely responses, accurate data management, and smooth day-to-day operations in support of fundraising efforts. This full-time position reports to the Chief Development Officer. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
