• Accountable for effective and efficient project and portfolio delivery from project start up through closure. • Ensure all functional, technical, and financial aspects of the project are managed effectively and against client and Everest expectations. • Establish project/portfolio management and tracking foundation for an assigned client. • Define project scope and cost estimate budgets. • Plan, direct, and control project activities, managing resources, budgets, and project team performance. • Report project progress status to Everest internal management and clients, including regular project billing, invoicing, and financial tracking/reporting activities. • Manage projects with activities focused on clinical operations, data management, statistics, medical writing, and clinical trial technologies. • Coordinate activities across functional project teams and prepare status and progress reports.

• Portfolio ROI Management: You will collaborate with EMG members to curate a portfolio of AI initiatives (ranging from foundational "quick wins" to high-impact "agentic moonshots"). • Champions Group Orchestration: Lead and upskill the cross-functional AI Champions Group. You will provide the technical frameworks and strategic guidance to ensure departmental "Power Users" are building high-value solutions that align with the enterprise roadmap. • The 'Maintenance Tax' Gatekeeper: Audit every proposed project for long-term viability. You are responsible for ensuring the "cost to maintain" does not cannibalize the "value realized." You will enforce a "Portfolio Floor," rejecting low-impact point solutions that create excessive tech debt. • Security & Tech Debt Governance: Serve as the primary proxy for the VP of Tech & Security. You will ensure all "Champion-led" builds occur within the approved, secure AI sandbox, preventing "Shadow AI" while maintaining high implementation velocity. • Operational Logic Mapping: Move departments from passive AI (summaries) to active AI (operational logic). You will identify systemic "process leaks"—such as billing errors or sales handoff friction—and design agentic workflows to "self-heal" these gaps. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Develop a unified AI Impact Scorecard for the EMG and CFO. You will provide monthly transparency into the cumulative progress toward the 15% goal, highlighting which initiatives are scaling and which should be killed.

• Demonstrates highly visible commitment to creating a “one-firm firm” by utilizing cross-discipline teams to meet client needs. • Lead technical and/or complex major projects, deliver best-in-class solutions which will increase win rate. • Ensures leadership is fully and accurately informed of all projects, internal and client issues affecting the perception of the local and national reputation of the firm. • Lead relationship manager for multiple strategic alliance clients. • Deliver a and end-to-end project delivery process; from project in-take: project manager allocation: proposal/contract: project close. • In partnership with HR, directly and/or indirectly responsible for attracting, retaining, developing, succession planning and managing a team who are involved with a specific set of clients, functions, business unit or projects. • Ensures training and development of JLL team members in the skills and understanding of firm procedures, methodology and practices expected for a successful project implementation. • Oversees the management of project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, all regulating entities and client expectations. • Foster a collaborative and high-performance project team environment

• Own key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and build trust striving for long-term relationships • Manage a team to execute client project needs providing hands-on support when needed • Develop and execute workflow logistics while ensuring project deadlines are met • Partner and coordinate with internal teams to ensure overall projects are complete, integrated, and satisfy all requirements of contracts • Provide technical assistance as required while initiating and coordinating measures to resolve technical and engineering problems • Maintain overall accountability for client approvals and exceed client expectations • Recognize potential problems and recommend solutions while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements • Maintain required documentation of all projects and drawings generated while ensuring proper backup procedures are carried out to reduce lost data • Monitor quality, accuracy, and consistency of documents, details, and graphics while assisting in the development of standards that ensure document quality and accuracy • Ensure client's brand is translated into our set and design intent is carried through Construction Documents
