O500 Source Document Analyst - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

The O500 Source Document Analyst will provide support for the end-to-end implementation process for Client Operations. You’ll assist with the review of key source documents directly aligned to account installation. What you’ll Do: - Ensure source documents are maintained in the document storage process - Review prior year source documents in multiple systems, i.e. ePro, CIT, Benefit Sculpting Tool (BST), and Vista - Review complex, non‑routine issues impacting benefit summary delivery and system accuracy - Prepare discrepancy reports identifying issues that may delay client implementation of healthcare services to their employees - Run comparison analyst of source documents using Cigna’s Quic Tool process - Map (Facets) client SBCs to MyCigna.com via Cigna’s internal process - Participate in biweekly meetings and training huddles to support client implementation and preparation - Provide support with end-to-end audits to review disjoints in source documents - Produce fallout reports and coordinate maintenance updates with Benefits and Quality teams What you’ll need to do the job: - High School Diploma or GED, required - Required Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm CST, Monday - Friday - 1+ years of experience with Cigna's administrative capabilities including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, customer services experience, preferred - 2+ years of experience collaborating cross‑functionally to resolve customer service issues and deliver results, required - General knowledge of benefit standards across Cigna dental, vision, and medical platforms, including benefit summaries and SBCs, preferred - 2+ years of experience using multiple software and system‑based applications, including databases and spreadsheets; documentation and tracker systems, preferred - Proficient with Microsoft office products; (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word), required - Experience supporting complex, cross‑functional initiatives and project management, preferred - Ability to independently manage competing priorities and client expectations, required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 23 - 35 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. Responsibilities - Own the framework for converting forecasted demand and production volume into required labor hours, including productivity assumptions, indirect labor definitions, and structured governance of model updates. - Calculate and publish defensible weekly hours targets by department and site, ensuring transparency of inputs, assumptions, and capacity risks. - Lead deep analysis of Planned vs. Actual hours performance, distinguishing model gaps from execution gaps and continuously improving forecast-to-hours accuracy. - Serve as the primary labor modeling partner to Operations, Recruiting, HR, Learning, and Finance, aligning on hiring ramps, capacity implications, and structured labor signal outputs. - Partner with Business Analytics to evolve proof-of-concept models into scalable, well-defined reporting solutions as the organization grows.
