Key Responsibilities - Conduct analysis across multiple data sources (e.g., IDIQs, task orders, schedules, status reports, requirements documents, and change control documentation) - Develop executive-level briefing materials, including Courses of Action (COAs), decision briefings, and informational presentations - Create and manage an action item tracking process and associated tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint) for leadership use - Produce a wide range of deliverables, including reports, presentations, email communications, and spreadsheets - Develop process diagrams and workflow visualizations as needed - Communicate regularly with action owners and cross-functional stakeholders to track progress and ensure accountability - Support program control activities and provide insights to leadership for decision-making Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of professional work experience - Knowledge of data sources and methodologies used for monitoring, analysis, modeling, and reporting - Experience with scientific research, technical writing, and editing aligned with government standards - Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Experience presenting work in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions - Master’s degree in Healthcare, Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical/clinical field - Additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) - Experience implementing or supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
