Overview The Payment Recovery and Collections Manager is responsible for leading RealPage’s collection and loss recovery operations within the Payment Operations organization. Position Overview: As a Senior Regional Quality Manager, you are a key member of the Corporate Quality team reporting to the Director, Regional Quality (North & Central America [NCA]) . You will contribute to the success of Ball by ensuring plant quality assurance team members are proficient in addressing Root Cause for plant quality issues, facilitating collaboration between CTS, customers, and plant quality teams, and driving support for trials, qualification, and best practices. You will also work closely with the Regional Operations Director for the assigned Production Group. You will lead and manage strategic, complex, and regional/divisional quality improvement projects that will deliver significant added value to assigned Production Group and Beverage Packaging NCA (BPNCA). Your Key Areas of Responsibility Include: - Influence assigned Production Group’s plants to focus and execute key quality initiatives, including Quality Pillar execution through the Ball Operational Excellence (BOE) platform. - Ensure and maintain standardization of quality testing and reporting methods throughout their PG that are in alignment with customer/business requirements. - Facilitate standardization of quality testing, trials, and process. - Administer and maintain relations with Customer Technical Services (CTS), plant quality teams, commercial teams, supply chain teams, and customers. - Drive consistent problem solving, routines and process to improve Quality performance at the PG and plant level. - Contribute to customer experience improvement including but not limited to NPS (Net Promoter Score) regional/plant scorecards, concerns and other actions that drive quality improvement. - Drive regional and plant quality accountability that ensures plant quality function maintains acceptable quality documentation. - Influence at the regional and plant level, the evaluation and qualification of new materials and products, including line trials and customer approvals and internal qualification approval for customer shipment. - Matrixed reporting relationship with region’s Plant Quality Assurance (QA)Manager. - Provide direction on quality CapEx required at plants. Required Skills and Experience: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent broad training and relevant work experience. - Minimum of 6 years experience working in beverage can, packaging or other high-speed manufacturing. - Demonstrated Skills: - Effective and efficient communication and ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization. - Problem-solving abilities with a preference using Lean Manufacturing methodologies (such as 8D). Preferred Skills and Experience: - Lean or Continuous Improvement experience including leading projects using Lean/Continuous Improvement tools. - Verbal and written communication skills in Spanish or French. Compensation & Benefits - Hiring Salary Range: $115,000 - $164,300 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) - This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan. - Ball includes a comprehensive benefits structure, go to our career site and click "Total Rewards" to learn more. - This position is eligible to be REMOTE in the U.S., with a home base within a 50-mile radius of a major airport, due to travel (50-60%) requirements.
