The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead is responsible for ensuring that technology solutions meet business objectives, member needs, and quality standards prior to production deployment. This hands-on, individual contributor role will lead all phases of the UAT process, including test planning, test case development, test data preparation, execution, defect tracking, documentation, and obtaining final business approval. The UAT Lead collaborates closely with business users, IT project teams, and external vendors to coordinate and execute comprehensive testing across multiple concurrent projects. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively validate system functionality, identify and resolve issues, and ensure readiness for deployment. To succeed in this role, the UAT Lead must be highly organized with strong attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple testing efforts simultaneously. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently while fostering strong collaborative relationships, and comfort working under tight deadlines and shifting priorities. The UAT Lead also contributes to continuous improvement efforts by identifying enhancements to testing processes and exploring opportunities to increase efficiency, including potential use of test automation. Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee UAT strategies, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with business requirements. - This includes defining test objectives, scope, entry/exit criteria, establishing test data, and ensuring test readiness across all assigned projects. - Lead and coordinate the full UAT process by working closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure smooth and accurate execution of test cases, adherence to timelines, and alignment with project goals. - Execute test scripts and perform hands-on validation of new software features, system enhancements, and integrations prior to production deployment, including smoke and regression testing as required. - Manage defect identification, documentation, triage, and resolution. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure timely fixes and perform re-testing to validate solutions. - Provide consistent communication and reporting on UAT progress, risks, and issues. Prepare and present test results, obtaining final sign-off from business stakeholders to validate UAT completion. - Maintain comprehensive documentation including test cases, test results, defect logs, traceability matrices, and approval records to ensure clear auditability throughout the UAT lifecycle. - Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating and enhancing testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including identifying opportunities for efficiency gains or test automation. - Treats all co-workers and members with respect. - Supports and participate in continuous improvement activities. - Represents the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner. - Other related duties as assigned. - Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing. - Experience with both manual and automated testing. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple testing efforts across concurrent projects. - Knowledge of test planning, test case development, test data preparation, and test execution. - Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM). - Understanding of testing methodologies, UAT lifecycle, and SDLC processes. - Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools. • Executing thorough manual testing for new features, verifying they meet strict acceptance criteria before they reach our users. • Maintaining and expanding our automated test suite in Selenium (with scenarios managed in X-ray/Jira) to ensure high-velocity development doesn't compromise stability. • Managing automated test pipelines within Bitbucket and AWS to streamline our CI/CD processes. • Testing new Loop integrations with prospective partners. You will verify that our platform is ready and that partner data is compatible and flows correctly. • Owning the 2-week sprint release cycle. You will declare readiness, deploy to staging, and serve as the primary communicator to internal stakeholders regarding what is being delivered and when. • Acting as a core contributor to scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, product brainstorming, and sprint planning.

• Plan and perform penetration tests across networks, systems, and enterprise infrastructure. • Conduct web application penetration testing aligned to OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. • Apply exploitation concepts including phishing, social engineering, buffer overflows, fuzzing, covert channels, and data exfiltration. • Use threat intelligence to emulate known adversary behaviors and TTPs. • Utilize tools such as BloodHound, Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Mimikatz. • Develop automation scripts and tooling to support penetration testing processes. • Partner with cybersecurity teams to improve automation, detection, and defensive strategies. • Communicate penetration testing methods, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders. • Contribute to continuous improvement of red, blue, and purple team assessment processes.
