Title: Social Media Manager Location: IA-Ankeny Job Description: Position Summary The Social Media Manager is responsible for shaping, executing and optimizing the social media strategy across all owned channels to elevate the Mom’s Meals brand and meaningfully engage key audiences. This role manages content creation, channel publishing, influencer partnerships, community engagement, analytics and social listening. They collaborate closely across the marketing team to ensure content is aligned, timely, on-message and strategically advancing business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller and digital strategist who understands the role of social media in advancing brand reputation, thought leadership and growth. They are creative, resourceful and capable of creating thumb-stopping content even with limited resources and a regulated communications landscape. Brings proven experience building and managing influencer or ambassador programs, including sourcing partners, negotiating collaborations, managing contracts/deliverables and measuring impact. Thrives in fast-paced environments, confident using data, insights and social listening to guide decisions. Prefer local/hybrid (onsite 3 days/week), but open to considering fully remote with travel to the Ankeny headquarters quarterly. Identify opportunities for thought leadership, storytelling and amplification to support brand goals - Develop and manage influencer and ambassador partnerships — including sourcing, contracting, briefing, and coordinating content — to amplify brand storytelling and reach key audiences - Create, edit and publish posts across all social platforms. Produce or coordinate creation of graphics, short-form video, animations and other assets. Ensure all content meets brand and accessibility standard - Monitor, moderate and respond to community engagement in alignment with brand and company guidelines - Work closely across the Marketing team on messaging priorities and collaborate to support integrated campaigns, events and storytelling initiatives. Partner with Human Resources and other internal teams for internal culture content, recruitment marketing and other awareness opportunities - Track social and influencer campaign performance using analytics dashboards, measure engagement, reach, sentiment, and impact. Provide actionable insights to improve content strategies - Conduct social listening to identify trends, risks, opportunities, audience behaviors, and competitive insights. Provide actionable insights to improve brand reputation and/or campaigns - Protect the brand by ensuring all content — internal or creator-generated — meets regulatory, privacy, and brand standards

• Manage day-to-day social media marketing activities across all relevant platforms • Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns • Develop and maintain a structured content calendar • Ensure consistent tone, quality, and brand alignment across platforms • Monitor engagement and community interactions • Create high-quality static, graphic, and short-form video content • Shoot and edit video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other short-form formats • Produce and edit content using Adobe Premiere or equivalent software • Utilize photography and videography skills for social content • Design social graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or equivalent tools • Develop storytelling content around Life at Dijital, workplace culture, employee wellbeing, and internal initiatives • Conduct regular social media audits • Review and analyze monthly performance metrics
• Collaborate with candidates to set up posting schedules and calendars that plan backward from Election Day • Manage the library of Canva templates, ensuring the library evolves to meet candidate needs with minimal manual intervention • Create and update how-to one-pagers and guides that results in increased followers and online engagement • Lead candidates through a standardized onboarding sprint to set up social media accounts and website integrations, moving them quickly toward technical self-sufficiency • Develop and maintain a prompt library for candidates to assist in high-volume organic content creation • Manage the end-to-end identity confirmation and "Paid for by" disclaimer process for Meta and Google; exercise judgment to identify technical roadblocks and create self-service troubleshooting tools that improve candidate outcomes • Help candidates set up their first social media ads, providing hands-on support for technical settings like targeting, budgeting, and scheduling • Provide a digital program ad plan along with best practices on ad spend per week to maximize impact • Analyze ad performance and candidate template usage to proactively refine assets to provide actionable, strategic recommendations for budget optimization • Identify opportunities for process improvements, identifying technical roadblocks and creating simple troubleshooting tools • Engage in team-level, org-wide, or cross-team special projects as assigned by manager or designee • Provide short-term coverage of other Manager-level duties during a leave, vacancy, or PTO
