This role helps employees, vendors, and HR partners by giving information, tracking work, updating systems, and completing paperwork. The associate follows set procedures and completes assignments with general direction. The job requires strong organization, accurate tracking, and comfort working with many systems and vendors. Your Work: Ergonomics & ADA Support - Receive ergonomic requests and process orders through procurement or approved vendors. - Maintain an ergonomic tracking worksheet and follow-up diary. - Research, assign, and coordinate vendor assessments. - Schedule appointments and send confirmations. - Track all stages of ergonomic requests through completion and closure. - Process billing and vendor payments. - Provide system and technology support to consultants and vendors. - Pull, review, and analyze data from HR and vendor systems. - Complete other related projects assigned. Administration Benefits - Help administer health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs such as medical, dental, life insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and retirement plans. - Guide employees on eligibility, program information, coverage amounts, wellness incentives, and claims steps. - Monitor vendor issues and report performance concerns to management. - Support system updates, process changes, and new plan designs. - Gather and review engagement and program use data. - Provide basic assistance with regulatory testing and filings under ERISA and other laws. Leave of Absence Support - Respond to EDD requests with required employment and leave information. - Check FMLA eligibility and support leave process as requested. - Provide employment and leave details for Long-term Disability (LTD) requests. - Respond to state specific notices requiring basic employment and leave data. - Produce non-complex Reasonable Accommodation (RA) approval letters. - Review the Short-term Disability (STD) pay file and flag abnormalities for Payroll in a timely manner. Required Experience, Education and Skills - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. - A minimum of two years of HR and/or HRIS experience required. - Strong organization and follow-up skills. - Ability to use multiple tracking systems and software tools. - Clear written and verbal communication. - Ability to handle confidential information. - Problem solving and attention to detail. The Executive Director, Compliance Officer has worldwide responsibility for implementation and maintenance of Therakos’ Health Care Compliance (HCC) program and related policies, guidelines, practices, and processes. The role is responsible for ensuring among other things, Therakos meets statutory and regulatory requirements related to the company’s interactions with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and Health Care Organizations (HCOs), the company’s commercial and scientific activities and its compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other applicable fraud, abuse, and anti- corruption laws as well as the company’s compliance with financial disclosure and reporting mandates to governmental bodies (or designates) with respect to value transfers between Therakos and HCPs/HCOs. The Executive Director, Compliance Officer advises and engages with company leadership to provide sustained support for all aspects of Therakos’ HCC program including developing and implementing HCC policies, training and education on HCC principles, auditing and monitoring the company’s compliance, ensuring effective lines of communication exist for employees to report HCC-related issues to the company, publicizing standards of conduct, enforcing standards of conduct through disciplinary guidelines, and responding promptly to detected compliance issues by undertaking corrective action as appropriate.
