Our people make all the difference in our success. 26002978 - Network Operations Senior Supervisor The National Ancillary Sr. Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, oversight and management of processes that ensure National Ancillary loading is completed timely and accurately. The Sr. Supervisor works closely with National Contracting and Cigna Service Operations Department to meet business objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The National Ancillary Sr. Supervisor oversees the National Ancillary loading team. This team ensures accurate and timely loading of provider data into consuming claim and directory systems. The Sr. Supervisor is responsible for staff performance, development, oversight of projects, initiatives, and other activities. Supervisor is also responsible for understanding the capacity of the team to be able to shift resources to accommodate daily assignments and assigned projects when appropriate. Responsibilities - Ensure Provider data is loaded into consuming systems timely and accurately - Develop expertise in Cigna’s source systems - Collaborate National Contracting teams on intake, loading process and provider data requirements - Engage with matrix partners in Capacity Planning and Workforce Management, Reporting and Analysis and Network Solutions and Delivery to ensure that loading processes meet the needs of Cigna National Ancillary Providers. - Directly responsible for performance and development of the National Ancillary loading team. Responsible for coaching, supporting, and mentoring the team. - Direct and advise the team on daily operations and critical enterprise projects to ensure the entire team tasks are completed with high quality standards - Serve as a point of escalation for calls requiring a higher degree of expertise or discretion to resolve provider tax related issues and ensure timely resolution - High level responsibility for projects and initiatives. Ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Evaluates project status and resource utilization to implement team’s effectiveness. Functions as Lead for some projects as appropriate - Works closely with Leadership to understand and support Cigna’s provider data strategy - Review data to determine trends and improvement opportunities Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required - 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred - 5+ years using FSS, PWB, Proclaim, SAM, PMHS, Facets, HCPM, IS2, and SANP required - Strong attention to detail with an understanding process modeling preferred - Prior experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of provider data required - Understanding of Excel and MS Word required - Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment - Proven ability to develop and maintain positive matrix partner working relationships - Demonstrated ability to contribute to solutions in a positive and proactive manner - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines are required - Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions - Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment and make independent decisions If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
