• Serve as the servant leader and primary coach for the ART • Orchestrate and facilitate key ART events and ceremonies • Drive ART execution and PI delivery • Optimize flow and predictability • Manage risks, impediments, and dependencies at program and portfolio levels • Ensure alignment and traceability
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an RTE (or equivalent scaled Agile leadership role) in a multi-team ART environment (ideally 50+ people / 5–12 teams)
- Deep familiarity in SAFe or similar frameworks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, facilitation)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with flow optimization, risk management, and metrics-driven execution

• Review current product detections to ensure they are performing to the company standard • Perform tasks to enable better management of false positive detections • Analyze binary files to determine their legitimacy • Address internal questions and concerns regarding customer threat detections
