ERP Consultant – Consultant
Reybex | All-in-One Cloud ERP Software
• You lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for mid-sized (SMB) clients • You analyze business processes, identify optimizations, and translate requirements into clear ERP solutions • You configure reybex Cloud ERP in the areas of Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, Production or E‑Commerce (depending on your focus) • You conduct workshops, trainings and consulting sessions — both remotely and on-site • You act as a sparring partner for decision-makers and guide clients through digital transformation • You work closely with product development, support and project management • You ensure high customer satisfaction and sustainable system adoption • You support go-lives, hypercare phases and continuous process improvement • Optional: You contribute your expertise to our product management to further develop reybex
Job Requirements
- Several years of experience implementing or consulting on an ERP system (cloud or on-premise)
- Strong process understanding in at least two areas: Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics, Production, E‑Commerce or Order Management
- Enthusiasm for digitalization topics, process design and client-focused consulting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly
- Independent, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (moderate, project-dependent)
- Fluent German; English skills are a plus
