• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung als Qualified Person gemäß §15 AMG und stellst die ordnungsgemäße Herstellung sowie Freigabe von medizinischem Cannabis sicher • Du agierst als Verantwortliche Person gemäß MedCanG und stellst die Einhaltung aller relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen sicher • Du berätst nationale und internationale Kunden zu GMP, GDP und regulatorischen Fragestellungen – pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden und begleitest Inspektionen sowie Audits • Du führst Schulungen für Kunden und interne Teams durch und vermittelst regulatorische Anforderungen verständlich und praxisnah • Du unterstützt beim Aufbau, der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Qualitätsmanagementsystemen • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen und sorgst für klare, effiziente Kommunikation

• Verantwortung der Warenströme im Ein- und Verkauf • Retourenmanagement • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen • Kooperation: Intern, mit externen Partnern und Kunden • Beratung: von Kunden beim Aufbau von der Supply-Chain • Buchhaltung: Betreuung und Pflege der digitalen und weitestgehend automatisierten Buchhaltung

• You take responsibility as Qualified Person in accordance with §15 AMG, ensuring the proper manufacture and release of medical cannabis • You act as the Responsible Person under the MedCanG and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements • You advise national and international clients on GMP and regulatory matters — pragmatic and solution-oriented • You serve as the primary contact for authorities and support inspections and audits • You deliver training for clients and internal teams, communicating regulatory requirements clearly and practically • You support the establishment, further development and optimization of quality management systems • You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and ensure clear, efficient communication

• Ensuring the proper manufacture and release of medical cannabis • Fulfilling duties as a Qualified Person in accordance with §15 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) • Acting as the Responsible Person under the Medicinal Cannabis Act (MedCanG) • Providing consultancy and training to cannabis companies within and outside Europe • Liaising and coordinating with the relevant authorities • Supporting and further developing quality standards and processes
