We are seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for a portfolio of home modification projects within their assigned region. This role is central to keeping projects moving. This person is responsible for managing communications, coordinating with service providers, maintaining accurate project documentation, and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients from referral through project completion. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in construction, contracting, or construction-adjacent project coordination who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is energized by the mission of making homes safer and more accessible for the people who need it most. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination - Own day-to-day coordination of assigned home modification projects, tracking status and driving progress from authorization through installation and closeout - Partner closely with the Regional Project Manager to prioritize workload, flag risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope - Schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, and inspections with service providers and clients - Proactively identify and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, vendor delays, or scope changes and escalate as appropriate Client & Service Provider Communication - Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and service providers throughout the project lifecycle, communicating clearly and professionally via phone and written correspondence - Set and manage expectations with clients regarding project timelines, next steps, and any changes to plan - Build and maintain productive working relationships with service providers in the regional network, coordinating logistics and holding vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards - Document all significant communications and interactions in Salesforce Documentation & Compliance - Own the accuracy and completeness of all required project paperwork - Ensure documentation is submitted correctly and on time in accordance with program and payer requirements - Conduct quality checks prior to submission to minimize errors and rework - Contribute to process improvements that reduce administrative friction Qualifications Required - 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, field operations, or a closely related role - Demonstrated experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, or subcontractors in a construction or trades environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to diverse audiences—including clients, field crews, and internal stakeholders - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on documentation or follow-through - Comfort working in a remote, tech-enabled environment with proficiency in tools like Salesforce - Ability and willingness to travel occasionally, including company onsites and periodic site visits within the assigned region Preferred - Experience in residential construction, home remodeling, accessibility modifications, or a related trades field - Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms - Spanish language proficiency a plus How We Invest In You - Generous company-funding of our health, vision, and dental plans - HSA plans - Short and Long-Term Disability - Life and Personal Accident Insurance - Hospital Insurance - 401(k) immediately upon hire - Generous candidate referral program Time Away - Unlimited PTO + 11 paid holidays Remote First Team - $1000 stipend you can use towards work from home costs - Frequent team off-sites and get-togethers around the country - Collaborative team environment - Monthly Townhalls - High trust environment - A laptop and company swag upon hire Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000/year
