🏢 About the Role A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn insights into ad concepts that actually convert. You’ll lead creative testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, helping brands scale through sharp strategy, structured experimentation, and content that performs as good as it looks. This is a fully remote, full-time position for candidates located in the U.S. or Canada, ideal for someone who loves blending creative instincts with performance thinking. You’ll work closely with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to develop, test, and scale winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
