Provide support of Integrated Facilities Management client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Sourcing and procurement knowledge of a mix of manufacturing and office environments a plus. Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives. - Closely participate with JLL Sourcing & Procurement, and account Facility Management teams to drive benefits to the client and assist with resolving issues. - Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers. - Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to account Facility Management team on contracting and system processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. - Ensure compliance to JLL sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. - Create and tracks Sourcing Requests in enterprise system for contract extensions, renewals and new services. - Act as a liaison between JLL Shared Services department, Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard, or other contract changes, and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. - Assist Sourcing Leadership with work priorities and complete deliverables timely. - Provide analysis and compliance reporting to Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems. - Ensures compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements and are updated in accordance with contractual increases and service level changes. - Support and assist in Supplier Relationship Management program. - Support and assist development of diversity and sustainability programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings. - Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives while working within guidelines and policies. - May support team members across various client accounts. - Analyse data to identify areas of operations to improve efficiency This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
