Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Rockwell Automation

• Work directly with stakeholders to refine and breakdown product requirements. • Help drive the development of your projects from design through implementation. • Work with leading open source projects like .NET Core, ElasticSearch, Docker, and more. • Develop automated processes and tools for building, testing, and deploying code. • Become well versed in the OT (Operational Technology) industry as it applies to application development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Product-driven software development experience (typically 5+ years).
  • History of delivering features from early ideas to finished products.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
  • Ability to quickly understand, modify, and extend large, existing codebases.
  • Working knowledge of web front end development technologies - preferably TypeScript and Angular.
  • Strong backend programming skills in an object-oriented language such as C# or Java.
  • Understanding of modern software engineering practices like CI/CD and test automation.
  • Technical leadership, ability to lead a project/feature end-to-end, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication suitable for internal experience.
  • Experience working in ASP.NET or similar.
  • Exposure to working with containers and containerizing existing applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos).
