• Gathering clips surrounding a given video topic • Working with other team members to provide feedback on videos in production • Looking at and analyzing trends on YouTube and other social media platforms • Analyzing video clips to determine what makes them engaging and high performing

• Utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and general video editing software to work on a video. • Adjusting your video to meet retention standards, by utilizing notes given from a retention specialist • Working with other video editors to improve and share skills, as well as communicate and improve your proficiency in video editing. • Implementing creative choices during editing - including scenario structure for animations, finding the right music for certain clips and reactions, and determining what should be supported visually/audibly in the editing process

• Architect and deliver complex, scalable frontend systems that are simple and effective • Partner with Product Managers to co-author requirements • Lead technical decision-making for medium-to-large scoped features • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and pair programming • Take ownership of the frontend stack by proactively identifying bottlenecks • Advocate for and drive best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance optimization • Collaborate deeply with Data Science and Backend Engineers

• Architect and deliver complex, scalable frontend systems that are simple and effective, removing unnecessary complexity from our codebase. • You will partner with Product Managers to co-author requirements and shape the scope, ensuring engineering feasibility is considered during ideation, not just execution. • Lead technical decision-making for medium-to-large scoped features, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of value to the customer, not just the completion of tickets. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and by instilling quality-first habits across the team. • Take ownership of the frontend stack by proactively identifying bottlenecks, technical debt, or systemic issues and driving the initiatives to fix them. • Advocate for and drive best practices in React, TypeScript, and web performance optimization across the engineering organization. • Collaborate deeply with Data Science and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless data flow and end-to-end system reliability, and use these partnerships to progressively expand your expertise across the full stack.
