Scopely
Role Description Scopely is looking for a LiveOps Specialist to join our Monopoly GO! Game team remotely from within the US or Canada. We are looking for someone ideally located in the Eastern time zone. As a LiveOps Specialist, you will be joining a growing LiveOps team, where you will help to deliver a top-class user experience through targeted campaigns. You will own the execution of the LiveOps events and offers, be responsible for campaign validation through QA to ensure error-free release and closely work with other teams across the business. - Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools. - Work with other teams to test functionality pre-release to ensure error-free execution. - Monitor the live events and investigate any issues. - Manage customer communication channels (in-app messages & push notifications) using relevant segmentation for maximum impact. - Manage the AB testing setups. - Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests. - Collaborate on tasks and projects with teams based in Spain and the United States - including Production, QA, Art and Economy.
