About the role We’re looking for our next School Success Associate to join the Customer Success team in the US. You will focus on assigned school projects, develop training and support materials, and coordinate and lead training sessions for staff, including teachers, tech coaches, and curriculum coordinators, throughout targeted schools. Additionally, you will serve as the Edpuzzle representative at both online and in-person events. About the job - Up to 50% travel is required to visit schools, districts and attend conferences within the assigned territory. - Coordinate with the regional country managers and the regional inside sales specialists to design an action plan dedicated to support Edpuzzle adoption and impact in the schools under premium subscription in Region. - Onboard and train in the use of Edpuzzle to our customers, providing a pedagogical sense to its use. - Deliver training to help teachers have the best possible experience using Edpuzzle. - Develop online learning opportunities and professional development activities for staff across schools and groups of schools. - Provide direct instruction of standards-based lessons to specialists and educators, and facilitates implementation of school-wide technology projects. - Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and tutorials for schools supported programs. - Serve as a model by demonstrating lessons in the library resource center or classroom when appropriate. - Participate in online and offline events representing Edpuzzle across the region. - Contact the people responsible for Edpuzzle in schools to ensure its use and that the implementation is correct. - Coordinate with account executives and Edpuzzle team members to deliver excellent training sessions with IT coaches, curriculum leaders, or school administrators within the assigned schools and groups of schools. - Develop, coordinate, and customize training materials for each assigned school. - Coordinate and lead remote training sessions with teachers, tech coaches and coordinators and curriculum coordinators. - Maintain strong pipeline management and log activities, as well as track the success of training sessions in coordination with Edpuzzle team members. - Performs other duties as assigned. About you - 4-5 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Coach, Tech Coach, District Support or Administrator. - You must be based in one of the following states: New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, or New York. - Proven experience creating and leading school professional development sessions at scale, as well as creating video tutorials and engaging content for teachers. - Available to travel up to 50% of the time primarily within NY, NJ, MA, RI, NH, ME, VT. - Experience delivering training for large school districts. - Proficiency using Edpuzzle or any other LMS. - Experience training colleagues in the use of edtech tools. - Experience working remotely. - Persistence and positivity in the face of adversity. - Outstanding presentation and communication skills. - Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Education or a related field. Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, and skill set.
