S/he is accountable for achieving the pricing benchmark as established by management and will work with Capital Markets and production personnel to minimize the use of extension fees and any other fees/costs that reduce profitability. S/he will communicate an outgoing and friendly professional demeanor not only to customers but to colleagues as well. - Job must be onsite and can only be filled in one or multiple locations. This role will be onsite at our Huntington Tower Detroit MI or Port Huron, MI or Columbus OH, or Boardman, OH or Byron Center, MI. Duties & Responsibilities: - Work Items for Retail, TPL, Correspondent and Broker. - Process lock extension and shortages. - Manual changes including extensions, LLPA and loan criteria. - Assist with Retail, TPL, Broker, Correspondent and HELOC Channels. - Assists with expiring locked pipeline. - Works with loan originators on pricing issues, off sheet pricing, and other pricing questions. - Understands and interprets product guidelines. - Reviews work items and processes changes as applicable. - Makes appropriate changes upon request from Mortgage Sales and Operations teams. - Supports Lock Desk/Optimal Blue Manager and Capital Markets Management as needed. - Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - At least 1 year of experience in mortgage Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) No Workplace Type: Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. • Deliver all production builds to schedule, ensuring accuracy, readiness, and quality. • Communicate build approvals to the factory and coordinate execution aligned with the production plan. • Proactively manage build plan changes and ensure both Halter and factory teams are aligned. • Coordinate contract manufacturers and other partners to ensure daily operations run smoothly. • Manage the process for ongoing reliability testing, including maintaining a clear schedule, sharing results with stakeholders. • Maintain visibility over material disposition and ensure the correct processes are followed. • Build deep, trust-based relationships with factory personnel at all levels. • Coordinate both internal and external teams to maintain strong alignment and effective communication. • Influence behaviours and drive adoption of new processes or improvements, even without formal reporting-line authority. • Identify and implement operational improvements at the factory. • Develop dashboards, progress trackers and reporting tools to improve transparency and accountability. • Increase build and operational reliability through structured processes, feedback loops, and proactive planning.

• Lead and manage a team of consultants, including assigning/matching consultants to communities. • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in both SL+ and Aramark Enterprise. • Direct the consultation mobilization process including initial community visits, assessments, and resource alignment. • Oversee consultant billing and achieve positive financial and operational outcomes. • Establish clear communication protocols for line of business, consultants and client partners. • Collaborate with marketing team to strengthen the consulting brand. • Oversee the implementation and training for engagement initiatives.
