Role Description We are currently seeking an Associate Owner Relations Agent to join our team working remotely in Canada. This position will work Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT. - Answer incoming oil and gas owner relations phone calls from 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. CST, assisting callers with basic FAQs. - Log owner inquiries into a case tracking system. - Log detailed messages for inquiries that would need to be escalated to more experienced Owner Relations Agents. - Listen to voicemails and log into a case tracking system.
