• Provide support to Children’s Hospitals Associations (CHA) clients to deliver measurable clinical, financial, and operational improvements across pharmacy services. • Analyze pharmacy operations, supply chain and financial processes, and complex data sets to identify opportunities for spend reduction, revenue optimization, and enhanced service delivery. • Collaborate with internal teams, CHA, and client pharmacy leaders to design innovative solutions, guide program development, and translate insights into actionable strategies that strengthen pharmacy business performance. • Lead the development of creative, data-driven solutions and new program offerings that enhance pharmacy business and financial performance. • Partner with Spend Management, Analytics, and Pharmacy Leadership teams to improve operational efficiency, clinical outcomes, and cost management across the pharmacy enterprise. • Review, analyze, and optimize all classes of trade—including 340B and WAC—by assessing purchasing and contracting strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to reduce spend while maintaining access and operational efficiency. • Partner with supplier stakeholders to proactively identify and develop contracting opportunities, support negotiations, and drive value-based agreements that align with CHA clients clinical, operational, and financial priorities. • Monitor contracts for pharmacy services, including assessment of contract compliance (purchase levels and market-share requirements) and rebates, evaluation of expiring contracts, and participate in negotiation of new agreements. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on product enhancements, custom analyses, data mining, and report generation, synthesizing complex datasets into actionable recommendations. • Develop dashboards, presentations, and insights for diverse audiences, including pharmacy leaders, finance teams, and executive stakeholders. • Support program development by identifying new opportunities for cost savings, revenue enhancement, and workflow optimization. • Execute assigned project plans, prioritize tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of milestones and objectives. • Foster strong relationships with clients and internal partners by facilitating knowledge sharing, aligning strategic priorities, and supporting implementation of value-driven initiatives.

• Provide technical support to the Claims Department in the evaluation of psychiatric claims • Serve as a liaison between the Claims staff and all physician constituents for psychiatric aspects of claims • Advocate Company's psychiatric position on claims and resolve disputes • Monitor and improve protocols for psychiatric management of claims • Communicate with attending physicians regarding insured's psychiatric condition and treatment appropriateness • Research and provide psychiatric education and training for the Claims Department
