• Audit and map HR technology ecosystems (ATS, CRM, HCM, analytics, and engagement tools). • Evaluate AI solutions across talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and automation categories. • Design integration blueprints to connect AI systems into existing HR tech stacks. • Partner with data, vendor, and IT teams to ensure compliance, interoperability, and performance. • Analyze workflow data to identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency and improved decision-making. • Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and full-scale implementations of AI solutions. • Stay current on HR tech vendors, AI tools, and emerging trends to guide clients’ investments.

Job Requirements

  • 3–6 years’ experience in HR tech systems analysis, talent technology consulting, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of ATS, CRM, and HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in HR (e.g., candidate matching, conversational AI, talent intelligence).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex tech ecosystems into clear business recommendations.
