• Own the product roadmap for Admin and ESPP functional areas • Define multi-quarter feature priorities based on revenue impact, customer retention risk • Conduct competitive analysis of Admin and ESPP capabilities • Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with detailed functional specifications • Conduct technical detail review sessions with engineering teams before development begins • Serve as the subject matter expert on ESPP plan design • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and broker partners to identify feature gaps
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in product management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
- 3+ years of experience in the Equity Management space
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS features, enhancements, or modules from concept to launch
- Proven experience in developing and managing software products, preferably in the equity management sector
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities with the aptitude for influencing and building consensus among stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills
- Deep understanding of equity compensation principles including stock options, RSUs, ESPP, performance awards, and international equity programs
- Working knowledge of equity compensation taxation (ISO, NSO, RSU, ESPP) and IRS reporting requirements (Form 3922, W-2 reporting)
