• Partner with the Data Analytics team to identify Schools of interest that could partner with JerseySTEM, amongst New Jersey 2000+ middle schools according to criteria established by the board of Directors. • Research schools, identifies stakeholders (School admins) and locate their contacts • Assign schools to Area Managers and agree on targets/goals for the outreach. • Partner with Area managers to call on schools identified as targets • Participate in the COME leadership team activities • Conduct/Attend virtual team meetings weekly 4-6 Hours a week, 6 month minimum

Job Requirements

  • Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap
  • Interest and familiarity with Data and data based decision making
  • Interest and/or familiarity with K-12 school data
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude
  • Comfort working in a ‘virtual organization’ with digital tools (G-Suite, Slack, Jira, salesforce)
  • Would be a plus if candidate has flexible schedule to allow for day time calls with the school admins during the work week.

Benefits

  • Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership
  • K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit.

Travel Requirements: Up to 50% Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $110,000 plus a competitive incentive compensation package.
