Position: We are seeking a Solution Advisor to serve as the subject matter expert in customer engagements with a laser focus on driving platform adoption and delivering measurable customer outcomes. This role is anchored in utilizing RegScale’s modern technology to address complex security, risk, and compliance challenges. This individual combines domain expertise, technical prowess, and exceptional customer service to deliver unparalleled value that drives customer success. Activities: - Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance ensuring customers reach full production readiness and achieve long-term adoption. - Lead solution workshops with customers to identify key requirements/objectives and develop prescriptive strategies to address customer needs. - Configure and demonstrate the RegScale platform for customers. - Work with ecosystem partners on integrations, digitizing frameworks, and bringing risk and compliance programs to production in the RegScale platform. - Develop and provide customer training to ensure successful platform adoption and utilization. - Capture and relay customer requirements to the Product team to inform future enhancements, while also supporting product development by piloting new offerings. - Work with existing customer base to assist Customer Success team with increasing platform utilization and expansion opportunities. - Provide technical responses to customer and prospect inquiries, including support for RFPs, RFIs, SOWs for RegScale’s Sales team. Required Skills: - Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to both business and technical-minded, internal and external stakeholders. - Understanding of at least one GRC framework, their requirements and implementation methodologies (NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, SOC2 Type 2, NIST CSF, etc.) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with customers, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders. - Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a highly technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. - Deep understanding of SaaS products and deployment processes, as well as familiarity with cloud-based technologies. - Willingness to travel up to 25%. - Optional: Familiarity with Python or C# for scripting, API integrations, or automation workflows within customer environments. Education/Training, Qualifications, And Certifications: - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience, or minimum of Master’s Degree and 3 years of experience; or - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a compliance practitioner or in cybersecurity/GRC SaaS professional services, customer success, or related roles. - Cybersecurity and/or GRC Certifications are a plus but not required. - Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding Customer expectations.
