The Opportunity:SH/FT is seeking a contract Email Developer to join the team. This role focuses on custom HTML development with an emphasis on innovation and personalized content. Our Developers collaborate closely with Copywriters and Designers to code highly dynamic experiences that stand out in the inbox. Key responsibilities include: - Develop, maintain, and optimize fully responsive modular email templates. - Translate complex user stories into highly personalized emails using ampscript. - Perform thorough quality assurance to ensure campaigns render error-free across email clients and devices via Email on Acid and Litmus. - Provide guidance as a SME on email technologies and capabilities. - Work collaboratively with other Developers and QA Specialists to create efficiencies in process. - Prioritize creating accessible, inclusive experiences. - Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and technologies. - Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Must-Have Experience - 4+ years experience as a Developer or similar role. - Working knowledge of Figma (capable of converting creative designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS). - Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder experience is a plus!) - Experience with dynamic email campaigns and ampscript functionalities. - Working knowledge of WCAG as it applies to email. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Job Requirements
