In space-to-space operations, victory is measured in milliseconds. When spacecraft operate in contested, unpredictable environments beyond reliable communication range, autonomous decision-making becomes the difference between mission success and failure. Human-in-the-loop isn't fast enough. Pre-programmed responses aren't adaptive enough. As Head of Autonomy, you'll define and scale the technical vision that enables our spacecraft to act, not react. You'll build systems that make optimal decisions under uncertainty in close-proximity operations, anticipate adversary behavior, and execute maneuvers without waiting for ground commands. This role owns the autonomy roadmap end-to-end, from foundational algorithms to flight-certified systems deployed across multiple product lines. You'll lead a small, elite team and shape how we design, validate, and deploy autonomous capabilities that outpace any competitor or adversary. Job Description BAE Systems, Inc. has a contingent opening for a Geospatial Data Scientist supporting US Army INSCOM primarily on Ft. Gordon, GA. The candidate's role will be to work with GEOINT analysts to determine, create, and populate optimal data architectures, structures, systems, process automation, and models to support customer intelligence requirements. The Geospatial Data Scientist will be expected to lead efforts such as, but not limited to: - design, implementation, and operate data driven approaches to client's intelligence requirements; - design how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems; - developing, adapting, and integrating algorithms, software tools, and tradecraft to satisfy customer requirements. • Plan and perform care gap advanced analytics and segment HCPs and KOLs using real world data sources as input. • Support team Product Manager in strategic and tactical planning with regards to medical analyses. • Collaborate with team Product manager to communicate generated insights. • Prepare and maintain datasets for on-going analytical needs in collaboration with data engineers. • Flag data issues to data engineers and advise on required resolution. • Develop integrated care gaps analyses planning including data input required. • Plan, generate and perform asset-specific care gap analyses using advanced techniques such as predictive models, machine learning, probabilistic causal models, and unsupervised algorithms. • Create asset-specific HCP segments, maps, and prioritizations to guide channel mix/activation, content creation, and MSL activity in Anchor countries. • Highlight missing data inputs needed to conduct analytics (e.g., claims data for unmet need analysis). • Ensure visualization / insights generation from data is easily accessible and understandable for users.
