JOB TITLE: Quest Migration Engineer (US Contractor) DEPARTMENT: TKO IT Infrastructure ROLE CONTEXT Quest Migration Engineer is responsible for executing large-scale identity and data migrations as part of TKO’s Atlas carve-out and greenfield infrastructure program. This role focuses exclusively on high-volume, high-precision migration execution using Quest tooling, ensuring data integrity, predictable cutovers, and continuous improvement of migration tactics. What You’ll Do - Execute mailbox, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and identity migrations using Quest tooling - Own technical execution of migration waves and cutovers end to end - Troubleshoot and resolve failed or partial migrations quickly and decisively - Partner with endpoint, infrastructure, and identity teams to resolve access and data dependencies - Continuously refine migration playbooks, sequencing, and tactics to improve throughput and outcomes - Identify systemic migration trends and adjust execution strategies in real time What Success Looks Like - Migrations complete on schedule with minimal rework - Zero data loss and high data integrity - Continuous improvement in migration speed and quality wave over wave What We’re Looking For - Hands-on experience executing enterprise migrations using Quest (ODM, Migration Manager, or similar) - Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and identity systems - Ability to operate calmly and precisely under delivery pressure - Experience supporting large-scale M&A, divestiture, or tenant-to-tenant migrations LINE MANAGER: Director, Workplace Engineering DIRECT REPORTS: None SALARY: TBD WORKING HOURS: Dynamic EMPLOYMENT TYPE: 6-month contract LOCATION: Multiple sites / travel required QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING Required: - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and directory environments - Demonstrated experience executing large-scale data or identity migrations Hands-on, expert-level proficiency with: - Quest T7 migration tooling (Quest On Demand Migration, Migration Manager, or equivalent) - Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint - Active Directory and directory synchronization concepts Desirable project experience: - Azure/Active Directory (source) to Okta (target) identity migrations - Microsoft 365 (source) to Microsoft 365 (target) email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams migrations - M&A, divestiture, or carve-out driven migration programs - High-volume migration waves with strict data integrity requirements Preferred Certifications: - Quest Migration certifications or formal Quest training - Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert - Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 and directory environments.
  • Demonstrated experience executing large-scale data or identity migrations.
  • Hands-on, expert-level proficiency with: Quest T7 migration tooling (Quest On Demand Migration, Migration Manager, or equivalent).
  • Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Active Directory and directory synchronization concepts.
  • Desirable project experience: Azure/Active Directory (source) to Okta (target) identity migrations.
