About the opportunity The Senior WFM Services Consultant guides the overall design and delivery of Dayforce Consulting Services engagements leveraging Dayforce to meet customer requirements and provides oversight and direction to team members. The Senior WFM Services Consultant is considered an expert in HCM consulting with a strong SaaS technology foundation and has been involved in multiple projects of diverse size & complexity with repeated project excellence over time. This individual works independently with customers and can influence outcomes based on knowledge in most or all skill areas. They have already distinguished themselves as an active and visible leader and enjoy coaching others. What you'll get to do - Provide Consulting Services to Customers - Leads engagements that help prospects and customers determine how Dayforce will impact their HR service delivery that may include key processes, policies, user experience, organization design, governance, business case, reporting and analytics. - Ensures a smooth knowledge transfer process to the Dayforce Implementation team - Is considered a subject matter expert on strategic implementations. Can be brought in to assist on projects of various sizes, verticals and complexity. - Leads internal and external project and/or design meetings and provide status on progress of consulting services activities and deliverables - Conducts peer reviews and other internal project quality assurance activities - Either leads a CS engagement for Organizational Readiness best practices or provides guidance and input in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce solution - Able to establish credibility and rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organization; comfortable with executives - Is cool under pressure; often called on to lead difficult conversations with customers - Takes unpopular stance if necessary and in the best interests of the customer/project - Able to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time - Contribute to Internal Consulting Services Initiatives - Design and document solutions and contributes to a solutions repository - Document best practices and share with the Practice - Lead the subject matter expert (SME) program in at least one area of expertise (HR service delivery, Dayforce, talent management) - Regularly participate in internal process improvement initiatives - Focus on Continuing Education - Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basis - Participate in Continuing Education sessions; lead Consulting Services best practice sessions - Complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release - Mentor others on HCM best practice implementation of new product features and functionality - Provide Sales Support - Support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback and assistance with scoping and estimation - Participate in prospect discussions regarding solution overview and implementation considerations from a Consulting Services perspective.
