The Ronin Society

• Data Tracking & Analysis: Utilize The Ronin Society’s proprietary software tools to monitor and analyze key financial and business performance metrics for a portfolio of clients, including profitability by team, person, project, or location. • Financial Clarity: Prepare detailed reports and forecasts that provide clients with a clear understanding of their past, present, and future financials, enabling better resource allocation and investment decisions. • Consultative Support: Act as a trusted partner to clients, delivering insights and recommendations in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to support their strategic and operational goals. • Problem Solving: Apply deductive reasoning to identify trends, uncover inefficiencies, and propose solutions that align with each client’s unique business objectives. • Routine & Organization: Manage multiple client accounts with a high degree of organization, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables and maintaining consistent communication. • Collaboration: Work closely with the Ronin team, including Strategists and leadership, to refine processes, enhance tools, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in financial analysis, business consulting, or a related field; experience working with small businesses or startups is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a methodical, patient approach to work.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and comfort with software tools (experience with financial modeling or proprietary software is a plus).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for clients.
  • Mindset: Strategic, insightful, and energized by routine tasks that deliver measurable impact; a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Bonus: Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, or strategic planning processes; experience in a client-facing or consultative role
