As a Controller, you will part-time (not temporary) Controller-level support for one or more nonprofit clients. Clients typically are <$3M revenue with relatively uncomplicated sources of income. Qualifications: - 4+ years of accounting experience, including managing accounting functions. - Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with nonprofit-specific financial management, analysis, and principles. - Demonstrated knowledge and experience with grant rules and compliance requirements. - Experience with accounting systems in a nonprofit environment (QBO, Intacct, NetSuite, Blackbaud, Xero, etc.) - Demonstrated experience successfully supervising people and teams. - Excellent interpersonal and communciation skills to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues. - Excellent analytic and problem solving; organization and attention to detail.
