Purpose of the Consultancy The Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist will strengthen TU’s capacity to capture, organize, synthesize, and share knowledge across teams and regions. The role focuses on developing and maintaining systems and processes that ensure program knowledge, tools, research, and lessons learned are accessible and used to improve program quality, support learning, and inform decision-making. The KM Specialist will manage and improve TU’s KM system (TULIP), ensuring that knowledge assets are well-organized, searchable, and curated. This includes establishing clear information architecture, metadata and tagging systems, quality control, and lifecycle management processes, as well as addressing documentation gaps in collaboration with teams. The role will also foster a culture of learning by facilitating cross-regional exchanges, coordinating learning events, and synthesizing research and program insights.
