• Advise our team on the design and further development of an intelligent learning architecture — from knowledge graphs and progression models to learning-goal-driven learning paths • Support the translation of school curriculum requirements into product- and system-ready concepts • Act as a sparring partner for Product Management, Tech, and Content in the conception of new features • Develop didactic quality principles and evaluation criteria for our learning systems together with the team • Bring the didactic perspective into strategic product decisions

• Implementation and further development of integrated management systems (IMS) • Advising companies on the implementation of standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or ISO 50001 • Conducting gap analyses, internal audits, and certification preparations • Developing practical processes, documentation, and system structures • Facilitating workshops and training for technical staff and management • Supporting companies from project start through successful certification • Collaborating with colleagues from consulting, sales, and project management

• Provide interim MDS completion services as assigned focusing on accurate scheduling, completion, and submission of MDS • Provide SNF auditing services focusing on reimbursement accuracy/optimization • Maintain clinical and regulatory knowledge in accordance with current geriatric care standards of practice • Consistently demonstrate sound judgement and provides ethical guidance to customers for SNF practices • Provide direct assistance to the Senior Practice Manager and Director of Clinical Consulting as requested • Special projects and other duties as assigned
