Cell Therapy Scheduling & Logistics Specialist
Aurion Biotech
• Support clinical trials by aligning schedules of clinical site visits • Schedule and monitor randomized patient treatment schedules • Monitor cold-chain logistics for allogeneic cell therapy products • Provide real-time updates to internal and external partners • Troubleshoot and develop plans of action for logistical issues • Liaise with manufacturing and quality partners to resolve issues • Author and implement procedures related to departmental functions • Manage calls and e-mails
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a GxP (clinical research or manufacturing) environment
- Experience with pharmaceutical logistics, short-shelf-life products, or cold-chain logistics preferred
- Exceptional communication and organization skills
- Collaborates effectively with multiple individuals in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment
- Excellent problem-resolution skills and follow-through
- Ability to talk the talk with third party logistics couriers
- Ability to multi-task and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and confidentiality

Responsible for day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases.
