Job Requirements
- Masters degree in Social work with an emphasis on clinical practice, Clinical or counseling psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
- Training and experience in child, adult, and family therapy/counseling
- Licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC through Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
- Proficiency with office technology including software applications related to the job

Responsible for day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases.
